Folic acid

Hi all, I am sure I have been told at some point but have a memory of a fish. How long do you take folic acid for into your pregnancy?

I thought the whole time but my midwife told me the other day you didn’t need it past 12 weeks 🤷🏼‍♀️

Hi Bentor. usually the recomendation for Folic Acid and Vitamin D is for the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. Hope all continues to go well for you.
