Help! I missed a pressary

I am on 400mg of Progesterone in the form of a vaginal suppository every12 hours. I've been using them at Midnight and Mid day.

I am 5dp5dt and I am currently at work. I bought 1 suppository with me to use at midday, I got to the toilet and it had COMPLETELY melted into a liquid. I don't have another one with me so I wont be able to use one until I get home!

How bad is this? What do I do?

Hey. A couple of hours later is fine, just insert one when you get home and then your midnight one too. A missed dose won’t make a difference and there’s no set time you need to wait between doses. My consultant told me I could either use 2 at night or one twice a day x

Oh wow thats super reassuring. My heart was honestly pounding thinking I had made a huge mistake! Lesson learnt never to put handbag near radiator again haha

Is it possible to go to pharmacy buy a syringe and draw it up?

My clinic in Ukraine gave me tablets and inprefervtgem. They are not do messy and wouldn't succumb to heat

However a few hours is ok. Don't worry.
