Exercise post FET

Morning all. I am 8 days post FET and feeling cramp like pains a little nausea but I don’t know if that’s in my head, a good or a bad sign.🤷‍♀️ Anyway my consultant told me after transfer to carry on as normal, running, walking, cycling just don’t climb Mount Everest! He told me that research has shown that taking things too easy is ‘bad’. Anyone else been told this?

I’ve been keeping up with my 20,000 steps a day and he’s encouraged me to keep it up.

Mine said light exercise, nothing that gets the heart rate up too much and nothing that works out the core - so abdominals, pilates are out. Hope the nausea is real - that sounds like a weird thing to wish on someone hahaha good luck xxx
