I had second FET last Thursday and have had constant cramps in my lower abdomen to the left hand side this evening. I don’t remember cramping in first FET (which resulted in BFP although miscarried at 9weeks).
I’ve done so well to just relax, not symptom spot and to try and enjoy the 2ww (almost impossible I know!) but I’m wondering if cramping is a good or bad sign?

I am 2dp5dt, I have been felt cramps yesterday, and also currently feeling cramps on day 2. Not sure also if it’s a good or bad sign. Let’s just take it easy and hope for the best
I felt cramping throughout the TWW and it resulted in a positive. I hadn't experienced this during my other cycles which were all negative . However, they felt different to my ordinary period cramps, as they seemed lower down.
Hey, I had really bad “period” cramping on D7 and 8 and I got BFP on D10. I hadn’t had the same cramps with my previous transfers. I did think it was my period trying to push its way through but I was also incredibly bloated and gassy (sorry) so did wonder if it meant something else…
I'm the same. We transferred the same day. I felt quite a sharp cramp which didn't last long on 3dp5dt and then again yesterday 5dp5dt. Yesterday's cramps were felt more like a pull and lasted longer. Also on left hand side and lower. I haven't had this with previous transfers so who knows. It's so hard not to symptom spot isn't it? Xx
Hi guys, I also transferred on Thursday so day 6 today! I’ve also had some cramping along with the sharp pain in my left side a couple of days ago. It’s impossible not to symptom spot. I’m trying to play it cool this time as I felt heaps of movement last time- felt like a tiny alien in there, got a BFP on day 6 but ended in a chemical by Beta day unfortunately. Not going to test unless I feel more of anything as apart from the cramps I’m feeling nothing much 😬
