Do you know anyone who received so much progesterone? I know FET (frozen embryo) needs more progesterone than fresh. But i'm already taking Crinone vagina gel 2times per day, oral progesterone (10mg Duphaston) 3times per day and going clinic 2 times a week for 100mg injection each ... He wants to increase to two Crinone (8% vagina gel) 2times per day, oral 20mg 3times per day and injection of 100mg 3times per week.

I never heard anyone doing 2 Crinone (8% gel) 2times per day...

I'm on 1 Crinone before bed and 3x utrogestan (200mg) pessaries during the day. On my first transfer I used 5x utrogestan, going up to 8!! a week after transfer when levels were still low. Subsequent transfers we've used Crinone as above and haven't had a problem with progesterone levels. I've never heard of using 4 Crinone a day though - it's bloody expensive too!! What point of transfer are you? I suppose it's good your Dr is so on the ball and not taking any chances with the progesterone but I imagine it's a faff. Good luck with your transfer xxx

Thanks, MissSaoPaulo!!! It was almost two weeks after transfer, on the first hcg test, that Doctor discovered I'm pregnant but progesterone low in blood... My worries are side effects from progesterone as nobody else seems to get so much... Overdose can cause Cancer and baby defects. Did the time you used 5x utrogestan (going up to 8x per day!) result in successful childbirth?

Congratulations on your positive, hope you have a happy, healthy pregnancy. Yes, that first transfer with all the utrogestan resulted in my little girl. We're now trying for a sibling but have had a miscarriage and a negative so far :(

thanks, abby19888!! 😘 (thanks for sharing!!) May I know your oral meds are in what doses per day? Are you doing ONE 8% crinone gel twice a day? How much Utrogestan and how much lentogest progesterone you do each time? ... My concern is that all my medicines are progesterone (oral, vaginal, plus injection), including TWO Crinone (8% gel) two times a day... Too much progesterone... (I do Progynova 2 tablets twice a day too but that's estrogen)

hiya so am on 8% crinone gel per day, utrogestan 400mg per day, lentogest 2ml 3 times a week, progynova 4mg 3 times per day. My clinic said i will stop the lentogest in 3 weeks time and stay on the other ones

Hope it works for you!

Your progesterone meds are high too, though not as high as mine. Mine seem unusually high doses so was concerned.
