Transfer day today

So this morning we have our transfer of our one and only embryo (day 3) 🥰 any recommendations for implantation? My uterus is nice and thick so I just need to make it extra comfy in there so it stays put 💖

I would just say to relax with your feet up for a few days, keep your feet nice and warm, eat warming foods and generally just take it easy for a few days and ease in with some gentle walks here and there to keep blood flowing to your uterus 💛

Very best of luck. I just had my bfp on my first FET. I laughed the whole way through, watched funny movies etc, took it totally easy. Didn’t do acupuncture at all nor ate pineapple. Still ate really well, let the hubby do the cooking and housework (totally new to him lol) relax and do things you like try not to put too much pressure on yourself xx

I would just say to relax with your feet up for a few days, keep your feet nice and warm(put hot water bottle on ur feet although its very hot but I did this with my last FET and got BFP), eat and drink well and realx and don't think alot with your symptoms ,keep your self busy watch movies,house work,long walk.

Take your multivitamins ,drink pomegranate juice and eat whatever you like to eat.

Look after your self xxx
