3Day embryo tested , 7 days post transfer. NEGATIVE TEST 😭

Hey Ladies ,

I had 3 embryos transferred a week today , they were 3 day embryos that were tested .

I caved and took a test last night , but it was negative . The first few days after the embryo transfer I felt like death . Sore breast , aversion to foods . But now nothing is happening , maybe a cramp here and there . Also my cervix is very low down and hard . Like my period will come Z

I’m so scared it hasn’t stuck .

Any advice ?

You know what everyone is going to say. its far far far too early to test. That is why your clinic have given you a specific test date and not told you to test today. Ignore cervical position as that doesnt apply during IVF, nor does heart rate or BBT. Focus on positive thinking, staying calm and being patient. Good luck x

hey Daisy - sorry to jump in here - is that right about cervical position during IVF? It's sent me in to a panic numerous times so would be amazing if it really didn't apply!! xx

I was told to totally disregard all the 'usual' signs as the drugs just send everything into overload. Ironically the one round I had my longest lasting pregnancy my cervix was so low it was almost hanging out 🤣 so definitely ignore it lovely xx

Ah that's so good to know! My clinic never really say anything about symptoms etc, and when you google it you get nowhere. Thank you!! xxx

Thanks everyone , it’s a very scary time ! I have triple X syndrome so this is the only way I can achieve a healthy pregnancy.I have had multiples early miscarriages, so the two week wait is like agony for me !
