4th failed transfer

Just had another negative test this morning. Had 1 fresh, 1 natural FET and 2 medicated FETs (never had a positive tsst). I've got 1 blastocyst left of this cycle. Is there anything I can ask to do differently or is it a case of "using" this last one to then do collection etc again? For the last 2 transfers was on Progynova 2mg 3x day, Lubion each morning and Cyclogest in the evening

Sounds like you are doing all you can! Ensuring you have a healthy diet and exercise.

Are all your transfers to day from the same egg collection?! If they are you will learn a lot about what’s going on and be better armed going into another cycle should you choose to

There could be a number of reasons why they haven’t worked thus far!

It could be age related- I’m 41 so my chances drop dramatically to about 5% success with my own eggs.

It could be sperm quality, has your partner had normal sperm analysis or have they had the enhanced DNA fragmentation test done.

Have you considered having the ERA/Emma/Alice tests on your uterus lining - so that checks things like are you starting progesterone at the right time, do you need to start it sooner or later?!

Are the clinic up tying your embryos back at the right time, it could be they are missing the optimum window of receptivity

I don't have any great tips or ideas but I just wanted to say its sometimes just ruddy awful luck. I have friends and family who have been successful on their 5th, 7th, 8th and 9th transfers and they didnt do anything different they just kept keeping on. Masses of luck x
