My embryos are sitting in a freeze on the other side of the world. I'll travel back there in August to implant them. I have constant nightmares about things like the freezer breaking before I get there and they all die. Or the pregnancy tests I use are all defective. One strange nightmare after another. Is this just me? Anyone else having nightmares?

I can totally relate to your experience. I’ve been having more nightmares / especially during the time I had to find out how many eggs I had. I keep saying how nobody understands what a mental anguish this takes on you . It’s awful. I’ve tried to find things to relax myself . I tried some natural herbal pills but didn’t help. I found distracting my brain helps. I do little tasks around the house like spring cleaning or plan an activity ( online dance class or zoom call ) to get my mind to look forward to something else. I tried to learn an instrument too ( it was terrible ).It may not work with you - but just wanted to say that you’ve done the hard part already so be kind to yourself . Someone told me nightmares are a way of your mind playing out your anxieties in a safe environment. Which makes me feel a bit better. It’s playing the worst case to get you prepared maybe. Sending you sweet dreams / also talking about your nightmares or writing them down helps me too. It’s like your catching them so they soon lose interest ( lol ). All the very best to you xxx
