Anyone used Melatonin?

I was wondering if anyone has used Melatonin whilst trying to conceive as i’m looking for a reliable place to buy it from please? Would need delivery to the UK. Also, what dose/ frequency was it recommended you take please? Thanks in advance!

I get it from iHerb in the US, which is a reputable site, along with all my other supps. Delivery is pretty quick and free over a certain amount with Hermes, or quicker with dhl. Most papers used 3mg (take at night) but I personally can’t tolerate more than 2mg, usually I just take 1.5mg. Too much can have the opposite effect and stop you sleeping. Don’t buy more than a couple of bottles of melatonin at a time or it may no longer be considered personal consumption and customs may seize xx

Hi ! I was advised 3 mg at bedtime daily from biovea.net - took a few days to come.
