Has anyone tested positive without symptoms?

Joanna-Arabella1984 profile image

Has anyone had a positive test despite having had no symptoms? My boobs feel fine , no headache, no cramps etc. But I know these are affected my progesterone and mine is sky high due to the meds. I test on Tuesday. Feeling nervous. I do feel sickly but I think it’s the nerves. I’ve also gone off sweet things, which is slightly unusual but again, it may be the nerves and the meds can make you feel nauseous. Any thoughts?

Hi Joanna-Arabella. It is quite common not to feel any symptoms during the two week wait. As you suggest the slight feelings you have are probably just down to the side effects of medication. Just test on the day recommended by your clinic and I wish you good luck! Diane

I had no symptoms. Tested day before test day to prepare for negative - but it was positive. Still no real symptoms nearly a week on - bloating, very occasional sore boobs and AF like cramps. I’m on a FET medicated cycle. Good luck 🤞 xx

Thank you. I’ve been pregnant (naturally before but miscarried), it was easier to read the subtle changes in my body! Good luck with your pregnancy! Did you only get the small stains after taking the test? Xx

Sorry about your miscarriage. It was a strong line on frer but not a dye stealer. The next day was lighter so was worried, then say after got a bit darker. I’ve then stopped testing as I’ve been away and didn’t want to obsess over it. I may test again tomorrow check the time is strong and then a digital weeks (I know these are not that accurate) last year I had a miscarriage and found out at viability scan. I would rather know this time if things are not progressing. Last year I had lots of symptoms too so feeling abit worried this time around xx

Completely ruled myself out and test 11 or 12 and couldn’t believe it was positive. Not had much symptoms through the pregnancy either. What I did have disappeared around week 6-7 and currently 19weeks pregnant tomorrow so everything crossed for you xxx
