Hi everyone. This is my first post! I’m currently on day 7 of stims and am taking Bemfola 220IU and Fyremadel. First check up was today to check my follicles are growing. The nurse was very pleased and surprised. Looks like I will need to trigger tonight! Still waiting on the call to confirm this but just wanted to ask if anyone triggered early like me? I was surprised too and expected at the very least to have to carry on a couple more days. Thanks!!

Trigger injection early?
Hello, that happened to me! On day 7 my follicles had grown significantly in a day and decided that night to have a trigger injection and I was in for egg collection 35 hours later. I was on menopur 450iu and fyremadel. Hope all goes well for you xx
Hi thanks for this. I’m on Bemfola and Fyremadel and will be taking Gonasi 5000 and Buserelin at 22:40 tonight. In the clinic Friday at 7:30 in the morning! I’m so nervous! How was egg collection for you? Hoping yours went well xx
I know I was so nervous too, that's normal I think I had a little panic during, making sure I administered it all. But it was all fine thinking back on it. You'll be fine :)Mine was ovitrelle trigger and it was quite simple. Egg collection was really straight forward with me I fell asleep straight away! I had 6 follicles 2 were too small so they extracted from the 4 large ones. 3 eggs retrieved and 2 fertilised through icsi. Now the long wait to see if they reach blastocysts. Will you be doing icsi too?
Oh my gosh! Fingers crossed that’s good news!! I can’t wait to get to that point. Yes we’re doing ICSI as the problem lies with my partner and his low sperm count. He is 30 and I am 26 with no fertility issues found so far. So fingers crossed. I know we shouldn’t, but we are hoping for this to work first time round and are quite positive about it. Who knows though! Anything could happen. I hope there’s some positive news for you in the next couple of days xx
Thank you 💗 good luck to you too. I am 5 days ahead of you. I hope we both get the outcome we want. Just keep positive, I try not to think about it too much now and take it day by day as it's a process where we have little control and it does only takes 1 egg. The waiting is the most excruciating part for me but we'll see what happens. Maybe I just need to binge more Netflix shows
