Early super faint line or just the trigger?

Ladies need some sensible heads. Had my 5 day transfer on Monday. Yesterday was 4 days past transfer and I stupidly tested early. I think I can see a faint line but now I'm thinking it's maybe the trigger. Yesterday would have been 11 days past trigger. What do you think?

Hi

I can just about see the faintest of lines, tbh it could still be the trigger shot, it is that close, I’m sure I read somewhere the trigger shot can stay in your system for up to 14 days.

Best to leave it and test on your OTD

Hello hun, I've recently been going through the exact same thing, tested quite early and then worried it could be the trigger - I actually posted on here too a couple of days ago and got some really helpful responses and experiences from the ladies, it might be worth having a look at the replies to my post. It really seems like everyone's experience is different, it could well be this is an early positive (fingers and toes crossed!!), at the same time, and I'm really sorry I hope I'm not being a horrible downer, but when I looked in to it I read for some people (but not all!) it can take up to 10-14 days for the trigger to leave our system. Equally for lots of women I think it leaves much much sooner. At least either way you'll know for sure now if you test again in 2 days and it's stronger it's definitely not trigger then! Sending lots of good wishes.

I can see a faint line so fingers crossed. I tested on both my fresh transfers at 5dp5dt and got BFPs - the lines were faint at that stage but they were accurate. They got darker but it's a bit difficult to tell much that early and mine were always darker in the afternoon/evening so it made me worry when the following morning was lighter than the previous eve, and ended up testing twice a day to compare morning with morning, evening with evening... Neither of those to got past 6 weeks (probably a progesterone issue) but on my FET I got a BFP at 3dpt - no trigger - and that has stuck. So you can get reliable results early but at the same time I guess it could be the trigger still which you'd want to rule out so maybe wait a couple of days and retest and also check it's getting darker. I also got my HCG tested by my GP and an online company and that helped reassure me it was going in the right direction.

I have had trigger causing BFps up to 6dp5det so I would wait a few more days x

Ladies started to get light cramping and a headache so took another first response one this after with only a 2 hour hold and it's definitely darker! Obviously because of my history of chemical pregnancies I cannot get my hopes up...

I can see it and for it to show in a photo probably means it’s more visible to you. The single most crucial sign is did it show up in the 5 minute wait window, if it didn’t then it’s an evaporation line. You’ll now test every day so best of luck! X
