High FSH levels

Hello all.

I have just been told that I have high FSH levels, I also have low AMH which I was aware of a while ago. How can I only be finding out about this now when over the years I have had 2 private tests and now the going for NHS IVF i am told they won't fund us. Does anyone have any tips or experience for lowering FSH?

I had high fsh I took agnus castus along with cq10 300 mlg and my fsh is better than before, also know our hormones changes every day like a weather that’s why our mods changes , so don’t worry too much about it , the more we worry the more problems comes . Eat healthy stay healthy. Hope it helps.
