Did my first urine test yesterday as recommended by clinic as was 16 days after starting injections and it came back with a BFN 🙁. Wednesday is exactly 14days after transfer day so going to test again then with a blood test this time to see if any different as my boobs are still very tender, I’m still getting occasional stomach cramps and I’m absolutely exhausted. It’s hard to know if these symptoms are just the medication side effects or actual signs of pregnancy. Has anyone else got a positive after an initial BFN as I’m trying to hold onto some hope we still may have a chance?🤞🏻

Trying to stay positive
Hello. Unfortunately I don't have a positive story to share, as I have just testef negative at 12dp2dt and I think my period is starting, but it's just to say that I share your pain. Hope people with success stories can come along. X
Thanks for your message and I’m sorry to hear your news too, it’s rubbish isn’t it and I feel your pain and am sending a supportive hug 🤗.When it didn’t work when I had my first transfer I felt it was probably due to the meds not being right but this time I’ve felt the med- regime worked better so if it’s still BFN on wed I’ll be going back to the consultant to ask if there is anything else we can do to make it work.
I've changed 3 clinics now, and based on my experience all I can say is that I've always felt like they treated me without addressing specific problems that may arise and can be addressed. For exemple, they made me go to egg collection and transfer with very thin lining. And this happned twice in 2 different places! It feels to me that they start the protocol and then they carry on regardless of any issues that may arise.
Which protocol did you use?
No positive news here I’m afraid. All the tests Ive done if its a BFN on test day, that’s how it’s stayed.
Like you say the medication unfortunately has side effects and it’s very difficult to tell symptom wise
