Update on Day 3

We had a call from our embryologist this morning and out of the 18 eggs that had fertilised, 15 have made it to Day 3 😁

Next call Is on Saturday to see how many made it to Day 5 and will be frozen.

This journey is such an emotional rollercoaster. But starting to feeling maybe this is going to be our time 🙏

Awesome news!!! We were supposed to have transfer today but postponed til day 5 🎉🎉🎉🎉.

Now need to get some fluids out of me as it seems I developed mild OHSS this time round.

Getting better thanks for asking :). Are you going to be transferring this week or it was simply an egg collection round?

I was in pain even when I came too. The last round I didn't feel any pain until I got home and it disappeared by the next morning. The last round I had McD fries and feasted and naughty snacks.

This time I was good food wise but I was quite bloated and nauseous for first two days. I thought maybe it was the trigger shot.

I have two days to get the fluids out; I have been drinking water, coconut water, and a shit load of Skyr. I went for a last minute massage as well seeing as I didn't do the transfer today which gives me at least tomorrow to detoxify.

I am back to my pre-stim weight and I suspect it should be lower as I was very good diet wise all through my cycle but my stomach is bloated (though it is slowly going down). I only started peeing frequently yesterday after my acupuncture session.

I am keeping positive and hoping the fluid will have decreased enough for me to have my fresh transfer.

My wife had her egg retrieval, I'm planning on having a frozen transfer in a few months. I have a few things I need to sort before as my thyroid levels are slightly high ATM so need to get them lower

What trigger shot did you have? My wife had a non Hcg trigger shot. It's supposed to help prevent OHSS

Awww it does sound awful though, hopefully your bloating will go down and start feeling better.

I had Pregnyl so HCG shot :/.My bloating has gone down substantially so hoping for good news.
