5 weeks pregnant. No symptoms

5 weeks and 2 days pregnant and not a symptom in sight. It’s putting me on edge. Of course, Dr Google says that’s normal but I’m trying to prepare for the worst. I have my viability scan next Friday - another long weeks wait!

When did others have their pregnancy symptoms start?

Hi Hope. Try not to let this upset you, as most women go symptom free to start off with. Tiredness is often quite common, but morning sickness etc usually kicks in by the 7th week if you get it. Your scan is soon, so that should put your mind at rest. Good luck! Diane

Hi Hope752 I’m 4+2 and have no symptoms. I would just try to relax and enjoy being symptom free as you never know you could start feeling very nauseous in the next few weeks.

I hope everything goes well at your scan 😊

Hi Hope, I was exactly the same as you, I had no symptoms at all at 5 weeks and posted on here too as I was a little worried! Literally on the morning I ticked over to week 6 I woke up and felt terrible! 🙈 I was nauseous and exhausted and totally regretting that I’d ‘wished’ for some symptoms the week earlier 😂 I had a pretty rough time with being nauseous and tired for a few weeks up until about week 12/13. I’m almost 15 weeks now and all is well with baby 🥰. Good luck with everything but try not to worry, also loads of women go through their entire pregnancy with barely any symptoms! X
