Does anyone has on and off quite intense cramp on the right side of the abdomen at 4 weeks and 3 days pregnant?

Hi wm03 The cramping should settled down - make sure drinking plenty of clear fluids & taking it easy

You should maybe get in touch with your clinic if it does not settle down in the next couple of days or increases

Hi there, it may be round ligament pain, those pains can be quite sharp. I also had period-like pains throughout my first and second trimesters and all was fine with me! Either way, wouldn’t hurt mentioning to your doctor just in case.

I had this on my right side. It’s just the little one getting comfy. It probably implanted on that side 😃 xxx

I had the exact same thing, stabbing pain on my right hand side. I was certain it was ectopic or appendicitis as the pain was sometimes almost unbearable and EPU refused to scan as I was too early.

Turned out to just be implantation or something as I'm 7 weeks now. I'm super paranoid and having lots of pregnancy anxiety because we've had all sorts of issues - pain, spotting, losing clots, on and off breast tenderness but everything seems to be ok - I think with IVF pregnancies we're just so much more anxious because we're hyper aware of everything that could go wrong and we know how much struggle it is just to get pregnant in the first place!
