Hi VMJ007,After 2 failed cycles I moved clinics and changed a few things and I got my BFP on Tuesday.
1. I started running / walking and tried to get out 3 times a week.
2. I took coq10, omega 3, vitamin d and folic acid.
3. I reduced alcohol in take.
4. I started acupuncture once a week, 4 weeks prior to starting down regs.
5. This cycle I made sure I took time for me so reduced my hours / worked at home where I could during the 2ww.
Not sure if any of these made any difference but could be worth a try.
I went from getting 11 egg collected, 9 of these fertilised and only ending with 3 poor quality eggs (2 x transferred in Aug 2020 and 1 FET in Dec 2020). Both BFN.
After all these changes, including changing clinics I got 15 eggs collected, 13 fertilised and 8 good embryos. I had 2 x grade A embies put back (BFP) and have 3 x grade A and 3 x grade C embies frozen x x
Your plan is solid. I've done tons of research for my "next time" in 3 months and come up with a similar plan. I've added yoga/mindfulness with headspace app and an iron supplement (been told I'm borderline annemic). I wish I had booked more time off the last time. It was the emotional burden that was the worst. All the best to everyone.
