Pregnancy scan small sac 6 weeks pregnant

Hey guys

So I went for my first pregnancy scan at the IVF unit following my first fresh IVF cycle.

Basically the gestational sac was there but it was only measuring at 4mm and in 6 weeks pregnant but everything else was healthy womb, ovaries etc.

The consultant said the pregnancy is in the right place but not growing as fast as he liked at my stage of pregnancy so he couldn't give a actually diagnosis it was either it is just slower growing or it's ending up in miscarriage.

We have been booked in for 2 weeks time for a second scan for a solid diagnosis and to see if it has grown

I just want to hear peoples good and bad stories with those who have experienced the same thing as me I.e went on the have baby or miscarriage

Thanks all xxx
