Ivf 5dt anxiety 😟

Hi, hope all are well, I had 5dt and waiting is killing me and I am on these silly apps and they said you can do it on week 3, now I am waiting, sooooooo anxious and anxiety levels are touching the sky. 😳

I would not recommend testing early, your test day is there for a reason. If you get a negative you will not believe it and you will be trying to get reassurance if it can change to positive, you will immediately regret testing. It is a horrible feeling and a very situation. Just relax, enjoy the moment and you will get your answer soon x good luck x

I can really sympathise. 7dp5dt here and it's so nerve wracking. All these symptoms that could be good or bad. I'm actually afraid to POAS so I'm not at all tempted to test early!

I know it is, freaking out next level, thats y ordered 6 days early from clear blue and digital one and weekly detector, and my breast and back hurtsss 😢

I find the first week easier, now is the time to use your very best distractions! Clear out the cutlery drawer! Colour in, plan some home diy, sort out birthday presents , do some baking , write a list of things to do each day snd focus on that to tick the time away 😘😘😘🙏🏻🙏🏻💐💐💐 sending hugs. It’s not easy 😘😘💐💐💐💐 you can do it 😘

Awww how sweet, hopefully one of the other mum took test and cameNegative and after 3 days came positive so all sorts, I am trying very hard but lets hope for good. Fingers crossed 🤞
