2WW IUI

6dp insemination and I never imagined this 2WW would be soooo challenging! Trying to keep my thoughts preoccupation outside of working hours is tough. I'm looking at the TV but not engaged. Line of Duty has been the only thing that's captured my attention. I started reading a book but didn't get past page 3 😕

I'm used to walking long distances or exercising but I haven't done anything because I'm conscious it (the sperm) will all come back out! Irrational I know but I just want this to be successful.

During my tww I have downloaded audio books because I found it impossible to focus on reading. I found it really helpful and relaxing too! Good luck xx

Agree with Ruby - Audiobooks are great! Also, in a few days' time there would be nothing wrong with going for gentle walks. The sperm will hopefully have done it's thing by then! Try and get stuck into a different series if you can. If you like Line of duty, you might like The Fall or Luther too. They're great! Good luck x

I'm finding it very difficult to concentrate during the TWW as well and also found the escapism of Line of Duty good too. If you find anything else that works, please let me know. All the best. I hope it works out for you!
