"Troubles" is the code word we use in our family for a constipared tummy sorry for TMI.
I'm on my 2 week wait and test day is Tuesday. Oddly enough with my last cycle I had the opposite problem and couldn't stop going to the toilet.
I know it's normal with all the hormones etc but it's making me so uncomfortable. And every little twinge I'm like...Is that a baby thing or a tummy thing?
Anyone have any natural remedies to help me go?

Progesterone can make you constipated Try papaya to get things moving (just make sure it's nice and ripe) and drinking plenty of water. Best of luck with the rest of your 2ww xxx
Hi KittyK, I suffer with tummy troubles generally and normally coffee helps. But I'm off the caffeine whilst on a cycle so get quite bad. I take lactulose which is safe and that works quite well. Hope you feel better and fingers crossed for your 2ww. I'm on 2ww too xxx
Like Kaylon suggested I was recommended Lactulose by the nurse after my egg collection on Monday. I took it yesterday. The only thing I would say is I was exceptionally windy! Don’t know if that’s down to the lactulose but it is a side effect of it. My stomach was cramping with trapped air and after that I couldn’t stop passing wind. So my advice is maybe take it when you are home alone 🙈 Good luck with your 2ww. Xxx
I was in agony with tummy pain "troubles" after egg collection and still experiencing discomfort now (5 days after 5d transfer). Lactulose worked great - changes in diet are good but I needed much faster working "agent"
Thank you ladies and hello to my 2ww buddies! Usually if I have weetabix for breakfast a few days in a row that sorts it but it hasn't helped this time so I will try all your advice one at a time until something works lol thanks again and good luck on your cycles! X
