Sleepy and headache after bfn

Hi ladies. So I’m a week past my BFN. My fairies arrived on Thursday and yesterday and today I’ve had a splitting sore head and I’m super tired. I’m back to work today and I’m finding it so hard to concentrate with the tiredness and headache. I’m assuming it’s the hormones. Any idea how long this lasts? I can’t remember it being as bad as this on my last cycles.

Keep drinking plenty of water and take paracetamol

If it doesn’t ease. I think the extra hormones have a lot to answer for the sore heads etc and when they start to fall. Hope you feel better soon 😘💐

Thanks love. I feel like my heads been caught in a vice all day today. 😩😩 xx
