Nasal spray rant

Anyone else struggle with the 11pm nasal spray?? It’s so hard waiting up when I’m exhausted!! Just so tired lol And it’s just disgusting too, might as well add that!! Can you tell I’m tired and cranky 🤦🏽‍♀️😂

Yes I remember the spray. Had to take it at 7am then 11pm. It was such a nuisance. Not long left until you have the lining scan now. Keep us posted.

I’m just moaning tbh, I’m always tired lol. Like you say, less than a week to go!

Hey I just used the spray recently. It is a real pain to have it at 11pm. I asked my clinic if I can change the last two sprays to 6pm and 10pm instead and they said it would be fine. Maybe ask if you can change the time slightly?

I think if I had to take it longer I would, might just stick it out 6 days, ask me again in a few days 🤪😂
