Whole Earth Wake Up Coffee alternative - not safe!

Hi all,

I've posting this here as well - just in case it is useful to anybody and hope you don't make the same mistake that I did.

I am 20dp5dt and have been drinking "whole earth wake up coffee alternative" for the last 3 weeks. I love coffee and thought this was a safe alternative. I thought it didn't have caffeine in it but it does! and websites even say it could even cause miscarriages because of the chicory and caffeine in the product.

This isn't written on the bottle, and now I feel angry at how the product is sold as a healthy alternative to coffee and also extremely anxious that it might have some kind of negative affect on the outcome for me.

I feel like such a fool. I have been so cautious about what I eat and drink as this is an embryo transfer from my 3rd IVF cycle.

would be grateful for your thoughts and I hope this is a useful post for anyone looking at coffee alternatives.

Have a look at decadent decaf ‘coffee’. I think this should be ok x

Thank you for this recommendation. I’ve been so anxious this evening that I may have increased my risk of something going wrong 🙁

They say all this about caffeine but I’ve had 2 full term pregnancies when caffeine wasn’t even a thing to cut out probably millions of women aswel, then stopped caffeine with my 3 other pregnancies I drank decaf which I mc all 3 then this pregnancy I’ve had caffeine and all is fine. I think it really if you’re over loading with coffee energy drinks etc but moderation is fine.
