Hi I’m 10 days post fresh embryo transfer and I feel like I’m going crazy, I feel anxious all the time , sleep has been disruptive (not sure whether it’s the progesterone). I’m worried as they told me before transfer only one of the 4 eggs we had fertilised but it showed fragmentation therefore there was a high chance it may not make it but not 100%.
I know there’s nothing anyone can do about it but everything just feels overwhelming.

Hi, I came on here this morning looking for some support because I am 7 days post transfer and feeling so anxious it's unreal. So seeing your post straight away made me feel at least that I am not alone, and I hope seeing my reply will do that for you too.
I am just struggling so much with feeling positive about things, I know there is nothing I can do which I think makes it worse in a way. I have very restless nights, waking all the time but like you suspect its the pessaries. My 1 embryo that went back was also fragmented so we are in a similar position, I really wish you well and sending you all the luck in the world. You aren't going crazy, if you are, that makes 2 of us x
Ah Lisa! seeing your post definitely helped and nice to know someone else who’s in a similar boat :). We can try and keep each other sane hopefully ☺️
I completely understand what you mean about trying to feel positive , It’s so weird isn’t it, I’ve never felt like this and it makes you feel completely out of control but I am going to try a relaxation app and maybe find some happy feel movies or series to binge on , I’m hoping that will keep me occupied outside work hours .
When is your test date? Mine is on Tuesday
Sending lots of luck luck and happiness your way too , keep in touch
Hi pixie. Oh dear, so sorry you are in a pickle! Just got to try and keep busy I'm afraid. Try a relaxation CD/download. Hope you got the nice weather so you can go out for a walk. Keeping everything crossed for you. Diane
