This is happening to me too. First it was extreme heart burn to the point i can hardly sleep now all day nausea. I just suck on a sweetie to help me with the nausea. To be honest a part in my head is happy for it because it gives me hope that something is inside me. According to the calculator i am 6 week pregnant and my first scan is this Thursday (nervous as hell). How far are you?

I'm currently 12 weeks and also have nausea all day long, but no actual sickness, unfortunately I haven't really found anything that helps that much, but sucking peppermints seems to help a little bit! I just keep telling myself its a good sign hopefully and won't last for ever, can't lie it's not easy though xx

I found frozen fruit pieces helped me - like mango or pineapple. Dry crackers and cold water with lemon did too. Hope you feel better soon - congratulations 🥰 All the best for your scan!

Don’t suffer without getting something from the GP I was scared to and waited until 13 Weeks and had lost so much weight from the sickness. They gave me anti sickness tablets and I took them once or twice a day. I was still sick but I managed to keep a few things down and force myself to eat. It went away about 18 weeks (mostly) but it’s a long time to be feeling sick all day so I would recommend getting something earlier. The travel bands worked a little for me for a few weeks too and ice lollies xx

I have appointment with GP this morning as have been feeling very dizzy aswell, racing heart, headaches etc so thinking it might be my iron. Will say to her about the nausea aswell. I have lost about half a stone in the last week or so. Thanks 😘

Hi FET2021 . I am exactly the same I'm suffering from it all day. I'd even signed myself off work sick with it for a week. I've tried everything, but nothing seemed to help. I'm just over 9wks pregnant, so I contacted a midwife to see if she could suggest anything. I was recommended to speak to my GP as there is a safe anti sickness tablet then can prescribe in pregnancy. I've been on them a couple of days now and they definitely help.

Hope you managed to feel better xxx

Its the worst but at the same time I feel very blessed....we have been on this road for a very long time. GP was very slow to give me anything...think she is gonna wait till my blood results come back and go from there. Thanks 😘

Hey hun- hope you are well! Ok so I have been reading your replies. I am currently 15 weeks and a few days and I can tell you from week 6 I felt like I was DYING. I was extremely depressed to be honest and not happy with my pregnancy due to constant sickness. I know it sounds harsh but it was so hard to be happy when my head was in the bowl 24/7. I even got a pillow and stayed in the toilet it was that bad! Thank god I had a nice bathroom hahah! Anyways jokes aside! I couldn’t eat, I couldn’t even smell, opening the fridge would set me off right away. Any food, every food including meat. It went on and on and on and it’s still going on.... but by week 8 I got so bad with having nothing in my tummy I was driven to the nearest hospital. Finally some help! They diagnosed me with hyperemises gravidarium which is morning sickness times 100! They gave me a drip from them every week as I was dehydrated, which helped me SO MUCH! They also gave me anti sickness tablets- they give u the crap cheap stuff first which sometimes works for different people but for me I needed the good stuff. Now they are safe, so whatever worked for me worked , some made me super drowsy and sleepy but I had to find the right ones for me. I’m still currently taking them but they have done me the world of good. I haven’t got sick now for 2 weeks. And if I did it’s once in a blue moon! So it’s a huge improvement! But honestly my point is if you are every bad bad like how I was go to the early pregnancy department and get some help it’s like an emergency department for pregnancy. GPS just aren’t helpful but if you aren’t getting food down the DRIP will help u so so much! I hope this helps! But I wish someone had told me sooner the help I could get-❤️ I lost 1 stone from it all and they where concerned I was 54kg and was 45kg- every week I was loosing weight, they even refereed me to an obstetrician to help with diet plans. I can know eat dates, shreddies, mash potatoes, brocolli sometimes, and egg friend rice! Super bland foods. Meat is still not an option and any food that has a smell 🤮🤢. I hope I have somewhat helped. That’s my experience- they say it gets better but not for me as of yet - I have my 20 week scan end of April so hoping I can get a huge steak burger after! 🤣
