Beta hcg test at 5+3 days ?

Hello ladies

I am fearing I am having another chemical pregnancy again I had last one last year in December same symptoms no sore breasts , no nausea , no fatigue just cramps like period pains.

I did a home pregnancy test this morning and there was only one line when there were two lines last week there is no bleeding yet but my pains have gone from mild to painful like I usually get before my period arrives. I rang my clinic out of hours and the dr suggested I go in for another blood test or they might be able to scan me. Will the blood test be accurate at this point ? Also can they see much at 5 weeks ?

Why does this keep happening to me it’s such a terrifying journey I cannot make it past 5 weeks and keep experiencing a chemical. When ever I get a chemical pregnancy it’s always same symptoms cramps and that’s it I cannot even enjoy any pregnancy anymore.
