An update........

So to cut a long story short, I found out I had fallen pregnant naturally on Saturday, 2 strong positive lines, on Sunday I developed neck pain, was worried about ectopic so contacted GP on Monday morning after doing a pregnancy test which had got 2 lighter lines. I was told to contact the Early Pregnancy Unit, went on Monday, after 3 internal scans as not much to see apart from possibly a shadow on my right ovary and bloods HCG on 23 I am to go back on Wednesday for more bloods to check HCG levels. However on Monday night, just before midnight, I had a heavy bleed, like a period when I wiped but not enough to fill a pad and a few lighter bleeds after that to nothing now , I contacted the early pregnancy unit but they have told me to keep my appt on Wednesday to get my bloods checked again, I know its over but still scared x
