Ectopic, adhesions and infertility

Hi all. In hospital being treated for a second ectopic pregnancy following FET. During laparoscopy they found a lot of scar tissue around outside of womb, ovary, tube (I only have one set). Which they have removed. Also did a d&c in my womb.

Does anyone have any experience with this? Wondering if this tissue has impacted my fertility? They didn't put camera in my womb so now wondering if there is/was scar tissue in there that might impact plantation? Would d&c suck out scar tissue?
