So I am testing each day following my FET (don’t judge me as crazy 😜) as it’s genuinely the right thing for me and my anxiety as I’m not good when I don’t know what’s going on at all..
My question is, when do people actually think you get an accurate result from? I know some people as early as 5dp5dt but I think that’s still really early. In my head if I don’t get an result on 7dp5dt then I’m probably out. I know the ‘answer’ is OTD but I’m just wondering from peoples experiences.
My OTD is 9dp5dt but do people genuinely get positive results that late when they have negatives before?
Really interested to hear peoples experiences
Thanks 😘

My OTD was 10dpt and I was testing since day 4 and the lines got darker every couple of days 😌 I couldn’t help but test early either lol I hate the not knowing x
Thank you for the reply. I know, I think it’s made worse by working at home...I can’t concentrate on anything else until I’ve done a test. I’d probably be a bit more restrained in the normal world (or maybe not 🤣)
Is your test positive or negative everyone is different and some don’t get a positive test till later on but i had a feeling I felt implantation so it made me test and I was right and no probs best of luck 🤞😌
Transfer one didn’t test early, transfer two tested from day 5. Was in total shock. But I some how felt in control. I then changed to a beta blood test to confirm on day ten instead of home test day 12. Everyone is different. From my scans now it turns out baby implanted on transfer day. I find it so incredibly clever how science and our bodies work. Lots of baby dust to you ☺️
Yes I think somehow it gives me control back. I wish I could have a blood test instead as I would probably wait then but can’t because of covid. Thanks for your reply and good luck with the rest of your pregnancy xx
I am a fellow early tester as even if its bad news I prefer to be prepared. I think when I had a BFP there as a faint line at 7dp5dt which then got darker each day.
We recently had a negative cycle and by OTD I was quite calm as I knew it hadn't worked and I had started to work through the sad emotions and formulate next step plans.
That’s the same mindset as I have so it’s good to know I’m not alone! Also good to know it was as late as 7 days as that will keep me going on the later days of testing as I don’t think everyone’s is as early as 4 and 5 days. Thank you 😘
I feel the same I like the data and it helps prepare my mindset so I'm not just floored by a negative result.
What day are you now? I had a faint positive yesterday 3dp5dt and fainter today at 4dp so I'm hoping it was trigger going away...but I'm aware of the chances of all of this and know it might not go positive/get darker again...
