Heavy bleeding week 5 of pregnancy

Hi everyone,

I had my FET on the 10th of Feb and got a BFP on the 19th.

Last night I started bleeding really heavily, rang the clinic and have to go for bloods this morning. They increased my meds to see if that would help.

Has anyone gone on to have a successful pregnancy after a really heavy bleed so early on?

I think I know deep down that it is gone but I just wondered if there was any hope at al.

Hi Spottydog, I'm so sorry you are going through this! I cant give you a personal story of success but they are out there....when we had our first loss one of my cycle buddies was experiencing much worse bleeding than me. I knew i had passed my pregnancy as I'd passed tissue but my cycle buddy went on to have a healthy baby and her bleeding was way worse than mine! There is still hope and I hope you are one of the luckier ones. Could your clinic do bloods to help reassure you? Hugs.xxx

Thank you for your reply. I’ve been in for bloods today and then have to phone for the results. They have said that they don’t know what it is but I will have to go back for more bloods in 48 hours time to do a comparison to see what has happened.

I’ve passed a lot now and still bleeding. There has also been some clots in it too. Thank you for your message and support tho xx
