It’s from my doctors. They are top notch! It’s also a good approach for younger woman who have premature ovarian aging. It actually helps more in that population

We just started TTC a little less than a year ago. Got 2 natural pregnancies which I miscarried at 7-8 weeks and one chemical with IVF. My exams are not good and I’m a poor responder to IVF. But doctors think even though we don’t produce many embryos we can produce good ones so we are adjusting medications and I’m going to do a platelet rich plasma ovaries injection to see if that increases the number of eggs!

Have you spoken to your clinic about switching protocols?

We've had 2 failed fresh transfers and currently on the 2ww of our first FET (medicated). Hopefully, we'll be 3rd time lucky.🙏🙏

I convinced my doc to do this at the age of 43, and this along with DHEA, really seemed to improve my egg quality, and the result is now having his morning nap

I live in Germany (Berlin) but was lucky to have a specialist who was willing to try different evidence-based approaches. If you already have a doc, you could show them this study re. early retrieval: ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articl...

I just wanted to let you know that due to your post, I did some research and decided to alter my protocol based on this work. I had already been on DHEA and CoQ10 but opted for the short protocol with no down regulation. I triggered a day earlier than the clinic would have liked as only 3 follicles were at 16mm and today is OTD and I have a BFP. I know I have a long way to go but it's a really good start! Many thanks for sharing this info. I do the same in the hope that my research will benefit someone else but this definitely helped me so I just wanted to say thanks!
