Hi Leo. For the woman, make sure your vitamins of choice have the correct amount of Folic Acid and Vitamin D. Diane
My husband was advised Proxeed. When we were referred to an andrologist he did some sperm/blood tests and confirmed it had made a difference. And I take a conception supplements so that covers us both xx
