Prednisolone IVF

Hello I am doing IVF in France and I am on my third cycle ( second FET) , i read here a lot about people taking Prednisolone which I know is cortisone and I use when I have a cold. Could someone explain to me how this helps success of pregnancy and why and if I should talk to my doctor about it. I didn't hear about it in france

I believe they prescribe it for people who have had recurrent miscarriages or if the Nk Cells levels are high... so I’m not sure if you fall in either of those categories.
