Lubion and Utrogestan - is it enough?

Hi all,

I had a FET and am taking one lubion injection and 3 utrogestan pessaries daily. Is this enough progesterone?!

And without sounding gross but any tips of keeping the pessaries in?!

I’ve been doing my pessaries rectally. I know this seems awful but after the first few it’s actually ok. And no leakage x

Hi there, are you taking the pessaries vaginally? You need to push them in one by one as far as they will go and stay lying down for about 20 mins for them to absorb. I will be taking 25mg of Lubion in the morning and 400mg Utrogestan in the evening as I was told Lubion better but I dont know the difinitive answers. Sone say intramuscular Prontogest injections are the best but painful. Ive never had my progesterone tested before but Im thinking I might the next FET on 22nd Feb.
