What do people use to track fertility. Apps, smart watches, etc. Any recommendations would be much appreciated
Fertility tracking : What do people use... - Fertility Network UK
Fertility tracking
I use OvuSense x
I use the Flo app but also at the beginning I used ovulation sticks to work out when I ovulate (I found out I ovulated day 17 of a 28 day cycle) x
I use the Flo app too! It highlighted ovulation days which coincided with ovulation tests so I’ve found it useful x
I also used the Flo app but ovulation was out by 5 - 6 days so I did temperature charting too which gave me so much more info and showed me I had low progesterone xx
I haven't tried any apps... I do look at a few websites that does average fertility windows for your cycle... But I use the clear blue ovulation sticks... Super pricey but I have found them very accurate. I got pregnant naturally from using them and it was a strange month as I ovulated early.... The doctor said to me that you don't always ovulate exactly on the same cycle day x
I use natural cycles, so I take my basal body temp every day which tells me when I ovulate. It’s good, I like it. But you have to be very disciplined in doing it for it to be reliable x
I used Ovusense and it was really accurate
I like fertilityfriend. I used to use Clue but FF has many more features. Xx
Fertility friend is really good. Ans combined with a bbt thermometer and entering your temp each morning. I used to pay for the vip version too, on an annual basis which was cheaper, it was so clever it always predicted my natural pregnancies from updating all my symptoms on it.
I’ve used Ovusense but didn’t find it too user friendly. It was accurate though. Then I switched to Ava bracelet and loved it! So easy to use. They have an app but I was also using Fertility Friend as found their app better
I had an ava bracelet, which I loved. Great for tracking your temps and other data without having to take your temps yourself, but I didn't actually get pregnant using it! But that might just be my body/our luck....
