Which is most reliable the HEFA or clinics own rates

I personally would not chose clinics based on success rates: these will merely be a reflection of their client base (age and AMH).

Also, remember that the success rate is a ratio. So if a clinic is very strict on only transferring/freezing high grade embryos and forcing older ladies to transfer several Embryos at a time, they will have a higher success rate per transfer but you might lose your only chance to have a child if they discard some of your embryos on quality ground and you have nothing to transfer/very little embryos to transfer as a result.

Your are right, the clinic I have chosen says they 11%.

I was told 4% chance naturally, this clinic states the official success is 8%
