Jumped up suddenly, 1 day post transfer

I had frozen embryo transfer yesterday, trying to rest today and my dogs started fighting. I jumped up suddenly and now I’m worried I may have done something as I know they recommended not to exercise too much etc. Would I have done any harm?

Don't worry lovely - it's very unlikely that you would have impacted implantation! I read somewhere that when they put the embryo in, it's like putting a grain of sand in a peanut butter sandwich. Unless you're doing some serious weightlifting or excessive exercise I wouldn't get too stressed about it. Good luck! xx

It's ok it takes up to 48 hours to implant. And after mines, I accidentally pushed a shopping cart and felt a sharp pain in my ovaries and I thought I messed everything up. Well now im miserably 36 weeks and waiting for my son anyday

Ahh thanks for replying and congratulations!! You’ve made me feel a thousand times better xx

Don't worry. My consultant told me once, babies are conceived in war zones , if its gonna stick its gonna stick it won't be your fault. Try and spend the next two weeks being really kind to yourself. Do all you can to relax and best of luck. Xx

Thank you, that’s so true! Definitely have to try and remember things like that. I’m planning on 2 weeks of relaxing and trying to be kind to myself (try not to symptom spot lol) xx

It will be worth it 🥰

Try not to worry, when I was lying in bed my cat jumped straight up off the floor landing directly on my abdomen after both embryo transfers (and he’s not small). The first one didn’t take but the second one did & I don’t think he had anything to do with it. I’m currently holding my two month old in my arms. Best of luck to you ❤️

Ahh thanks for your reply! I think I’m overly paranoid about everything. Every ache or twinge I have I’m reading far too much in to it all!xx
