Viability Scan - Overwhelmed

Finally after all the worrying and stressing we got to see our little bean yesterday with a strong heartbeat. Measuring at 6weeks and 5 days as it should. I am so so very grateful and blessed that we’ve come this far. However, still cannot brush off the worries and fears as we still have many milestones to cross. This IVF journey has been so overwhelming I don’t know how to feel anymore. Can anyone else relate with the feelings?

Absolutely Fazmin, I can totally relate! Unfortunately IVF has to be taken as a step by step process, ticking off the list successes but remaining ‘level headed’, if you know what I mean. ❤️Congrats on seeing your little bean!🤩

Totally agree with you..my husband has been saying the same thing. I hope I’ll be able to relax a little when I hit the 12 weeks mark. (Hopefully 🤞🏼) 💋

Congratulations! Im afraid the anxiety doesn't really go away sadly! I think as it takes so much out of us to get to these stages the worry does continue although perhaps the further you get on it my calm a little. Im now 23wks and I still worry if everything is ok but as time is going in I am starting to feel like its real and its happening so what you are experiencing is normal. Best of luck with the rest of your pregnancy.xx

Good to know that I’m not alone in this. I’m more anxious than I’m happy. Keeping my fingers crossed and praying all the time that our little bean keeps on growing and that we get to see him/her in 7 and a half months time. 🤞🏼💋 Thank you for taking the time to reply ❤️
