Pain on day 12

I got a BFP yesterday( this being my first cycle) but have been to be even more careful not to exert myself. I have been getting more cramps (day 12) then what I felt between day 7-10 . Is this normal? The nurses told me that my progesterone level is high enough and I dont need to continue from tomorrow onwards after the current doses finish. Is the pain due to the progesterone? till when should I continue feeling such pain. Thanks in advance everyone and good luck xoxo!

The baby is implanting in your uterus. Those cramps will be there during the next couple of weeks

Congratulations! 🥰 I have also had some cramps, they seem a little easier now, or less frequent or maybe I am used to them. But no bleeding and little one seems to be doing ok - so like others say - must just be the uterus changing 🥰
