Cramping day day 6 after 5 day emb transfer- is this AF?

Hello, I’m on day 6 after 5 day embryo transfer. I have had cramps on my right side then left then sharp pain in lower abdomen. This is 3rd ivf/icsi round, so nervous it’s AF - Any1 have this cramps so late after transfer- 1st time posting on this thank you

I’m on day 10 and have been cramping nearly every day. My OTD is Monday so not sure yet. Cramping is usually worse after a take the progesterone. I think it’s all very normal! X

Thanks for replying Bunny123- my very first post, so so nervous, af came the last 2 ivf/icsi cycles but this is the first time we got a good 5 day blast, thank you 🙏

Hey I was cramping from day 6 of my FET, sides and middle. They carried on all the way to OTD which was BFP. It’s such a stressful time, you analyse every little twinge wondering what it means. I was sure around day 6 AF was about to make an appearance and was nervous going for a wee scared of what I might find the whole TWW. Wishing you all the very best and keeping my fingers crossed for. My second cycle I had 4 years ago I didn’t had any cramps , just on day 6 I had very light pink and brown spotting when I wipe .

I didn’t had much symptoms only very sensitive in smelling. Then what I remember the last night before OTD I had such a strong like period pain ...I was 99% sure that soon I got up from bed I will have period...but turn up different BFP and my baby girl is 3 half years old.

After that I had another fresh and few frozen cycles...all different so was difficult to say and all of them didn’t work.

This November we went through fresh cycle. 12 eggs collected ...all looking positive but in end nothing to freeze and only one 5AA transferred.

We was really worried and I was pretty sure didn’t work. Just on and off like period pain , stronger sense of smell (but I thought is lubion and pessary .

No cramps no spotting.

My OTD was last Wednesday ...I was shock really shocked 😯 BFP ...since then I done 5 different pregnancy tests and still hard to believe.

What I’m saying try keep your mind busy whit something else .

Cramps and on and of AF could be good sign . When is your OTD?

Hi Olivia1980, thanks so much for your reply, I guess just analysing and googling every twinge, it’s very hard. OFD is Tuesday, I had a blood nose out of nowhere yesterday - I amReally hoping it’s a good sign, thanks so much for replying 🤗

Googling is not very good idea is just harder to go through this 2ww.
