I am new and very stressed. I just got my embryo transfered on thursday. And last night i got inthe worst argument with my bf i was crying hysterical it was awful. I couldn't. sleep so. i tookhalf an Ambien. Do you think the stress crying or the ambien could affect implantation?

So sorry that you are going through this. I cannot answer your questions. But please do take care of your self and try to forget all that had happened. Do something that will take your mind off it and think of the precious good news that awaits you in few days🤞🤞🤗
This happened to me three days after my transfer. I cried my eyes out and stomped around the house. I got mega stressed for at least 4/5 hours. I remember being so worried after that id ruined everything. But thank God it didn’t affect it for me and the transfer was successful.
The nurse told me straight after transfer that there was absolutely nothing i could do to myself to prevent implantation, if its going to happen, it will. When i think about it, plenty of women still get pregnant in countries at war, that are severely malnourished or in violent circumstances or that are alcoholics/drug addicts etc.
Please don’t worry. Its so normal to flip your lid in the TWW, theres so much pressure and the waiting around takes forever, but you’ve done the hardest part now and you’re almost there.
No I actually imagine the Ambien would relax you. I’ve spoke to people in America that have been given mild sedatives to relax for transfer so it’s most likely ok. Please don’t worry x
