I decided to do a test after all symptoms have disappeared and I had some brown spotting. It was negative which I thought it would be. I am glad I did it as I knew the result in my heart and didn’t want to prolong the anxiety of not knowing. It wasn’t first morning urine and I used a first response.

If it turns positive it will be a happy surprise. Out of interest has anyone had a negative at this point then gone on to have a positive? I’m not looking for false reassurance but just wondering. I would feel like this would be very unlikely for me but be good to know if anyone else has had that to manage my expectations. My test day is at 9dp5dt and on wed

I'm sorry to read this but since testing I have looked at tons and tons of tests online and many of them are not positive until nearer day 8 and later. Try and stay positive, I hope things start tonchange and the bleeding is implantation xx

Thanks for replying. I will test each day now so feels nice to be in more control than not knowing! I have also read a few things about people only showing after 8 days so will bear that in mind. I just don’t feel pregnant at all, which I know isn’t always conclusive but I feel I know that this time isn’t my time xx
