22:30 today - trigger shot - one follicle

What I have learned from this journey is to take one step at a time. Not to think beyond today. It has been a long journey, 2 years, of fibroids, polyps, low ovarian reserve, low AMH, lost follicle, last minute follicle which is now 20mm today - trigger.

I know I only have one follicle but I refuse to think beyond today to remain calm. I know there are several steps to come after today but i will put it all in Gods hands and take one day at a time.
