Fertility nutritionist

Hi All.

I've seen others mention about seeing a fertility nutritionist. Its not really something I've looked into, but I'd like to know what you guys think. I'm starting my first round of IVF in Jan, im NHS Funded so I won't have access to one (don't think i do anyway). Can anyone recommend if they've benefited seeing one and also is it something I could do on via tech (with current covid situation and living in a place where not much around me) if so, any recommendations where to go?

Yes, she does Zoom calls - she is so lovely and I am following her treatment plan at the moment. She is very, very knowledgeable (I got the feeling she has also been through IVF) and she gives very detailed plans xx

I think it was about £150 - but that is a one-off cost....xx

Yes, a one-off cost for both transfer and egg collection. She gives you a specialised treatment plan with recipes and supplements. The supplements are not cheap, but I wanted to try everything so went for it.....xx
