Had my transfer on Wednesday and was quiet crampy and tired the rest of day so became a bit of a coach potato that dayπ
However woke up Thurs morning so refreshed and full of energy, I think it was first day that I felt good since EC!
Went grocery shopping (used the trolley but naturally had to lift the bags from trolley to the boot) and in the afternoon decided to go to the roofspace to get the Xmas decorations (they ve just announced another full lockdown in NI) passed down parcels to my husband though so I wasn't up and down the ladder π€·ββοΈ
I knew you can't have a bath or go to the gym in early days but I didn't realise any lifting was forbidden? (yes Google told me about it)
I had some belly twinges last night and now I worry i have jeopardised the whole thing as first day after transfer is crucial for inplantation ?
The thing is I will never know if it didn't work because of my antics yesterday π₯΄π π π

Im sure its ok. Sometimes cramps r fromPrgesterone and i think lifting grocery bags is not an issue. The TWW drives us mad i also keep googling every symptom lol.
Iβm having the symptoms your having as well. Like Chantysal said Iβm also hoping itβs the progesterone. I have had short sharp pains for a day in one area ( hoping that was implantation π€) and then cramps yesterday. I dread every toilet trip incase there is large amounts of blood. Luckily so far so good. I also googled it and wished I hadnβt π Iβm also not sleeping so have serious amounts of spare time on my hands! Never a good combo. Wishing you well x x x
Donβt worry none of that will have made the slightest bit of difference π€ your embryo is well protected, itβs just very heavy things you should avoid. My successful round I was most active (and relaxed) in the first week I've ever been on any transfer! wishing you a quick 2ww and lots of luck for test day xxx
Short update! 10pt5dt and it's a positive! I was worried for nothing! Now just to get over the scan in the next 3 weeks and we can breath again π thank you everyone for your kind comments and support xxx
