Lining at 6.4mm on day 12

Hi has anyone has lining less than 7 mm at day 12 and and still have a chance to increase lining for transfer? Is there anything I can take to increase lining?

Yes, try drinking 3 cups of raspberry leaf tea, drink beetroot juice and pomegranate juice. Try a hot water bottle on your tum. Good luck xx

Hello

I'm in exactly the same position. I had my day 12 scan yesterday and am only 6.6mm. I posted about it yesterday and got some fantastic tips from the lovely ladies here. Raspberry tea, pomegranate juice, beetroot juice, acupuncture, hot water bottle, l'argine.

I'm trying it all!!

And I've been told by my clinic to increase the dosage of progynova

Hi, do you have another scan tomorrow? How many dosage of progynova have you been asked to increased? My clinic didn't ask me to increase mine.

Yes I am going for a follow up scan tomorrow morning.

I was on 2mg progynova 3 times a day, they have recommended I increase this to 4 times a day.

Maybe give your clinic a call? Increasing the progynova really does makes sense but dont do it without speaking with them first. When is your follow up scan?

I have been increased my dosage from 3 to 4 a day 2 days ago maybe that's why they did not ask me to increase anymore. Another scan was booked on Saturday. Good luck with your scan

Hi Goyjung what I did last two week to thick my lining I drink Raspberry tea twice a day eat pomegranate/pomegranate juice (what ever I have) take multi vitamins and vitamins E and D,Folic acid and avoid tea and coffee when ever I can.

This morning I went hospital to check my lining and it was 12 and they book my transfer next Thursday.

Are you on cyclogest? My IVF clinic said it’s the best thing for thickening the lining. I was on two suppositories a day in the lead up to embryo transfer. Can’t remember what my lining was like before egg collection, but by transfer I was at 9mm. Good luck! x

No I'm not on cyclogest yet as not been advise to use it as yet. I am guessing if my lining reach 7mm after tomorrow then they will ask me to start cyclogest xx
