Positive testing, intermittent bleeding.

Hi everyone (first time posting)

I am 11days post 2 embryo transfer ISCI first cycle. Everything has been fine up until yesterday and I have been experiencing nausea and tiredness. Yesterday I had dark brown blood when wiping (which I presumed was normal) but this morning there was spots of red blood and just there when I tried to go to the toilet. I'm due to test on Saturday but I caved and did one this afternoon which I'm thinking is a BFP but now I'm worried as the bleeding hasnt stopped. Will test again tomorrow morning but I am so confused as I think I also have cramping. Anyone experienced anything similar? I called the clinic and unfortunately they were much help 😥 test photo in pics

Congratulations, bleeding in early pregnancy is very common. I had bleeding at 8 weeks and my baby was all fine. Sometimes when baby is getting comfortable it can knock the lining of the womb. Just try not to panic as hard as it is and wait until you have your visibility scan xxx good luck 😉❤️

Thanks im just so confused and didn't get any of this information from the clinic. When I called today they said it was 'worrying' (this was before I tested).

They don’t seem to give to much info on this particular issue. They should not be telling you it’s worrying because blood is not always a negative. Yes sometimes things can happen with blood but not always. Very unprofessional for the person in your care to tell you this and worry you xxx 😡

It was the consultant and it was a 1 minute conversation, so as you can imagine my emotions have been all over the place today! I was 90% sure it hadn't worked before I tested. Thanks for replying its helped calm me down a bit 🙂

Wishing you good luck. I have also heard that bleeding can be common in early pregnancy. I would monitor it and test again in the morning to check line progression (which again isn’t black and white but can be reassuring) call the clinic again if your bleeding increases (but hopefully not) xxx
